How does your membership billing work?

Your membership starts on the day you join SwissHealth. You'll be billed monthly or annually depending on your selected plan. You can view your next billing date in your member portal under the "Account Management" section.

Can I change my membership plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade, downgrade, or switch between Consumer, Retailer, and Manufacturer memberships at any time. The change will take effect on your next billing cycle. Access "Membership Management" in your portal to make changes.

How do I access my member portal?

Once you've joined SwissHealth, you'll receive login credentials via email. You can access your portal by clicking "My Account" in the navigation or by going directly to swisshealth.club/my-account.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as Zelle and Interac e-Transfer via our SnappyPay integration. All payment options are available in your member portal.

Are there membership contracts or minimum commitments?

No. All memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contracts required. You can cancel at any time from your portal with no penalties. For annual plans, you'll receive a prorated refund for the unused portion if you cancel mid-year.
